So much copy have been told and written about the power of lists: they save you time and money in the supermarket, help organizing your day, and even… life. Maybe this is why we are surrounded by lists: the best sellers, movies you must watch, top 10 restaurants in the world, etc.
A list is a baseline, your first step towards performing additional actions and tasks. The list view in the Web client for SAP Business One enables you to perform variety of tasks and actions very efficiently. For example, you can copy single or multiple sales orders to a single delivery:
Make sure to select open documents of the same business partner with the same type (item/service) and same price mode (net/gross). Click the “Copy To” button and choose the target document. In this example, Delivery:
The lines from the selected sales orders are copied to the contents section, and in the ‘Remarks’ field the numbers of the base documents are populated. This option is available on the Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and Deliveries list views.
