We love shortcuts! Think about new users for example. You have a new employee in the organization – you create a user name and password, assign license, authorizations, and… use the “Copy User Settings” option from a user with a similar role to apply additional preferences in one click! But then it turns out that not all the forms are relevant for the new user and in some the form settings should be adjusted… for such use cases, SAP Business One enables you to select the forms for which form settings will be copied:
By default, all the forms are selected in the “Forms” tab. You can deselect the forms you want to avoid copying and by that optimize the form settings for the target user or users.
