It works for quotations, orders, invoices… many of us can’t even think about using any other form for transferring documents, and let’s not mention paper… yes, of course we are talking about PDF! With the continues increase of PDF replacing hard copies, and the ongoing adoption of the PDF as a valid form for official documents, SAP Business One extends its PDF support to additional documents:
In the Print Preferences window you can define that when adding a deposit or payment document (incoming/outgoing) the added documents will automatically be exported as PDF. You can then use this PDF as needed – e.g. send by email, attach to the original document, etc.
