Well, we could develop a wide discussion but instead, we’ll tell you about a recent enhancement in SAP Business One that provides you much more flexibility and enables you to fine tune user authorizations to numbering series by setting additional authorization groups. Growing from 10 to 30, using to up to 30 different groups of Numbering Series supports setting much wider range of more accurate user authorizations:
After allocating each numbering series to the its group, you can grant each user with the relevant authorization to the various groups, and achieve more accurate authorization assignment:
