Using the UDFs during the creation and processing of documents, transactions, or master data records is obvious but, what about reports? If you have added UDFs to Activity object, SAP Business One enables you use them as selection criteria in the &#8220;Activities Overview&#8221; report:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-27116\" title=\"UDFs Are Available in Activity Reports 1\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.tech-beta.com\/sns2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/UDFs-Are-Available-in-Activity-Reports-1-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"UDFs Are Available in Activity Reports 1\" width=\"611\" height=\"383\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Select the &#8220;User-Defined Fields&#8221; option and set the required rule to each relevant UDF.
