A picture is worth a thousand words. Don\u2019t worry – I’m not going to argue with that. But sometimes a picture, and if we talk business – a chart is not enough. Yes, it shows trends, distribution, and additional indicators, but the numbers beneath – the pieces that make up the puzzle \u2013 these should also be available in the chart on demand. When generating charts in the Web Client for SAP Business One, you can instantly call up the totals behind selected chart elements. If you hover any data piece, the total and couple of more relevant details are presented:<\/p>\n

You can click one or more elements to present their aggregated total. Clicking the “Details” link next to the total, lists the included elements. In the brackets you can see the number of selected elements:<\/p>\n

Clicking anywhere in the chart would clear all selections. Last but not least \u2013 the legend on the right hand side does not function only as a legend. It can also show you the numbers behind a category (or more) if you click it:<\/p>\n

In the above example, I the “High Tech” category is selected in the legend. All the respective elements are highlighted in the chart and the aggregated sum appears above the chart. Clicking the “Details” link lists the numbers behind the total.<\/p>\n
