The list views of the various objects list the records of the given object for example list view of Sales Orders:
Here you can select one or more records and apply the required action. For each object, the relevant actions are enable. In this example, you can close, cancel or preview multiple sales orders. The number of selected records is displayed at the right side above the list. The available actions are located above the list on the left, and subject to user authorizations.
