For these purposes we maintain the billing and shipping addresses of each business partner. To increase accuracy and efficiency of address maintenance, the Web client for SAP Business One enables you add Ship-to Address as Bill-to Address and vice versa in two clicks:
If the Bill-to address of a given business partner is the same as the Ship-to address, just select the Bill-To address and click the “Copy To Ship-to Address” button. The selected address will be added as Ship-to address. It saves the time of additional typing and helps reducing errors. To add a “Ship-to” address as Bill-to address, select the required Ship-to address and click the “Copy to Bill-to Address” button.
