About the role
We are looking for motivated and career-oriented graduates to join our Oracle ERP team as Management Trainee Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in ERP consulting and gain hands-on exposure to Oracle solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Oracle ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and support activities
- Understand business requirements and assist in developing ERP solutions
- Support documentation, data preparation, testing, and user support activities
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams on project deliverables
- Participate in training and continuous learning on Oracle ERP modules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field from a well-reputed university
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of ERP/business processes will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Oracle ERP
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
