About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), with hands-on experience across Sales and Service processes and the ability to deliver effective customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle SAP C4C functional consulting across Sales and Service processes
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions
- Perform configuration, testing, integration, and user support activities
- Work on customer engagement, workflows, business rules, and data migration
- Support integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and other business applications
- Prepare documentation and provide post-implementation support to end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C consulting
- Strong understanding of SAP C4C Sales and Service processes
- Experience in workflows, business rules, customer engagement, and data migration
- Knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills
