SAP CRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP CRM implementation, solution design, Sales & Marketing processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP CRM implementation and enhancement activities
• Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP CRM solutions
• Configure and implement relevant SAP CRM modules and functionalities
• Support Sales, Marketing, customer management, and related CRM processes
• Design and manage integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA
• Participate in project planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Conduct client-facing workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with technical and business teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant SAP CRM consulting experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end SAP CRM implementation
• Good understanding of SAP CRM solution architecture and relevant modules
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes
• Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with on-premise SAP CRM deployment preferred
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and project planning
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and client-handling skills
• Experience conducting client workshops and solution demonstrations will be highly preferred
