SAP PM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong SAP PM/EAM functional expertise and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, configuring, demonstrating, and implementing maintenance solutions, with experience in automotive, Motorcare, workshop, fleet, or industrial equipment maintenance being highly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong SAP PM/EAM functional expertise and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, configuring, demonstrating, and implementing maintenance solutions, with experience in automotive, Motorcare, workshop, fleet, or industrial equipment maintenance being highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP PM/EAM processes for breakdown, preventive, corrective, and maintenance operations
- Configure Equipment Masters, Functional Locations, Work Centers, Maintenance BOMs, Notifications, Orders, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Measuring Points, and Counters
- Design maintenance processes covering planning, execution, confirmation, settlement, technical completion, downtime, and maintenance history
- Configure preventive maintenance strategies, scheduling, task lists, and periodic servicing requirements
- Support inspection and calibration processes and integration with SAP QM where applicable
- Configure maintenance-order costing, spare parts consumption, external services, and settlement
- Ensure integration of SAP PM with SAP MM and FI/CO for procurement, inventory, costing, and settlement processes
- Support SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications, reporting, equipment reliability, MTTR/MTBF, and maintenance cost analysis
- Conduct customer-facing workshops, requirement gathering, system demonstrations, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–6 years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM functional consulting experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA PM knowledge with at least one end-to-end implementation preferred
- Strong understanding of maintenance and workshop business processes
- Hands-on SAP PM configuration and implementation experience
- Good understanding of SAP MM and FI/CO integration; SAP QM knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Asset Management is preferred
- Strong analytical, process-design, communication, and documentation skills
- Automotive, Motorcare/service-center, workshop, fleet, or industrial equipment maintenance experience will be a major advantage
- Experience with maintenance of workshop equipment such as vehicle lifts, wheel alignment systems, compressors, tyre changers, and similar equipment will be highly preferred
