When working with the Web client for SAP Business One, you can save the frequently-used views, searches, and reports as tiles on your home page. The tile serves as a shortcut, saving you time and actions. For example a sales manager created a view showing all open invoices grouped by sales employee. She looks at this view at least once a day:
Clicking the “Share” icon and the “Save as Tile” option, opens this dialog where you can enter title and subtitle (is needed) for the tile and position in the relevant group on your home page:
Once done, the tile appears on your home page as a shortcut to the data you need:
